Get ReFormed Pilates was opened in Frisco in January 2005 by owner, Rebecca Swieczkowski, within Kokopelli’s Spa in small 250sq. ft. space, where she had a fully equipped Studio and introduced Collin County to NYC style Pilates. In 2007 Get ReFormed expanded to the Stonebriar Shopping Cntr.  across from Half Price Books, added Staff & More Equipment before relocating in the Fall of 2009 to the spacious studio on Lebanon/Ohio.  

In August of 2010, at age 19 their son, Joffrey, was diagnosed with an ultrarare terminal sarcoma cancer.  The Get ReFormed Pilates Community came together to support the Swieczkowski family in every way possible through his 2 ½ year battle. A year after his passing, in April of 2014, the family closed the commercial studio and opened a 3-Client Residential studio in the front of their remodeled home.
